Imbue Goods:
Rose Water Sprays for Healthy Skin

I was wandering through the aisles of Sephora yesterday and couldn’t help but think to myself, there is so much more to the world of beauty than what lies within the four walls of this ever-expanding French chain. When I look through my bathroom cupboard I can proudly say that more than half my skincare products can’t be purchased at Sephora, and the reason is simple, I love supporting homegrown, Canadian brands.

I was introduced to Vancouver-based company Imbue Goods earlier this year, and it didn’t take longer than 10 seconds for me to fall in love with this brand. Specializing in Rose Water sprays that are handmade using premium aromatherapy oils, the refreshing scents and soothing effects have earned them a permanent spot in my bag and on my travels. For those of you who follow along on social media, you know I don’t travel without a face mist. Sitting on a plane for 5+ hours is never fun for your skin, so I rely on mists to keep my skin refreshed and hydrated. The fact that these sprays are comprised of 100% natural rose water is an important factor in my continuous use. Rose water is an anti-inflammatory which helps to not only maintain your skins pH balance but reduce redness while soothing the skin.

Imbue Goods offers a range of 6 aromatic face sprays for all your skincare needs, and did I mention the price is incredible?! At $19/ bottle (comparable products run upwards of $35+), or $100 for a bundle of 6, these mists are worth every penny! Wondering which ones for you? Here’s a quick breakdown of Imbue’s sprays, including a list of the ingredients …let me know if you’re as surprised as I initially was to realize I not only knew, but could pronounce all the ingredients <happy dance>. Simplicity at its finest folks!

Heaven Rose: I’m not sure if it’s the combination of tangerine and jasmine that has me loving this spray, or the fact that it reminds me of a crisp fall day, but I find myself reaching for this spray whenever I’m having an afternoon lull. I also love traveling with this little guy because of its moisturizing benefits.

Ingredients: purified water, rose water, vitamin e + essential oils of; tangerine, jasmine, rose, neroli, ylang, vanilla & lime.

Lust Rose: If I had to pick a favourite spray, this one would be the one! I don’t think I can get enough of this scent. Besides using it on my face, I put a couple sprays on my pillow before bed as it’s extremely calming and makes me feel like I’m at the spa.

Ingredients: purified water, rose water, vitamin e + essential oils of; orange, patchouli, rosewood, indian neroli, bergamot, cardamom, cedarwood, champa & vetiver.

Soothe Rose: Just as the name suggests, the soothing properties of this spray are incredible. I love using this mist before and after my meditation class as the mint helps to keep my body calm and balanced.

Ingredients: purified water, rose water, jojoba oil, vitamin e + essential oils of; bergamot, grapefruit white, lavender, marjoram, tea tree, spearmint & chamomile.

Muse Rose: This fresh, citrusy scent is the perfect way to cool down after a workout.

Ingredients: purified water, rose water, vitamin e + essential oils of; grapefruit, bergamot, orange, lime & mandarin.

Pure Water Rose: New to the Imbue collection, I haven’t smelt this spray just yet but I’m eager to get my  hands on it as it’s comprised of 100% all natural Lebanese rose water.

Kiss Rose: Also a new addition to Imbue’s Rose Water sprays, this scent is meant to be energizing, balancing and calming.

Stay tuned for my interview with Imbue Goods founders, coming this week!

xo, Kiki
