SHOWER TIME WITH OGX: SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER REVIEW

I switch up my shampoo and conditioner every couple month to keep things fresh, and to keep my hair from getting bored of the same product. I’ve teamed up with the amazing people at OGX to share with you some of my favourite products from their stellar line of shampoos, conditioners and oils.

I’m always straightening or curling my hair, and while I try to take the best care of my locks they are on the dry side. Enter OGX. Their extra strength Argan Oil of Morocco shampoo and condition set is simply amazing. Unlike a lot of shampoo and conditioners this thick and creamy formula delivers extreme hydration, leaving your hair full of shine and bounce. I’ve been using this duo for the past month and been loving how soft my hair feels. This relatively new collection launched in 2015, boasting a higher concentration of argan oil and silk proteins than the original Argan Oil collection. Having also tried the original collection, the extra strength line takes the cakes by providing extra moisture and strength that my strands are oh so grateful for!

After being sold on the shampoo and condition I decided to try out the hydrate & repair Argan Oil of Morocco Creamy Hair Butter, which is just as nourishing as its companions. With a leave-in or rinse-out option, I’ve been applying this creamy hair butter before I blow-dry, and it provides the right amount of shine and softness without making my hair feel greasy, which a lot of other products do.

For those who love a nice shine and for those in a constant battle with the frizzies, I recommend checking out the number one best selling OGX product, their Argan Oil of Morocco Penetrating Oil. I’ve taken this product on every vacation over the last year as it’s a natural UV protector. Not to mention it smells incredible and keeps my summer frizz to a minimum.

My hair is damaged from lots of processing. What shampoo and condition do you suggest for me? This brand seems really cool. I love your pictures.

Thanks Charlene! The extra strength Argan Oil of Morocco shampoo/ condition helps to hydrate hair, so this is a good option. I also love the Creamy Hair Butter. It’s infused with argan oil, which is an effective hair moisturizer. Hope this helps!
